Nanovo Wants to Bring AI to Smart Retail

It will be possible by establishing a partnership with Spanish company Ladorian, which offers AI-based Digital Signage technologies. The companies’ combined know-how and exchange of business experience are expected to help them boost their growth.

Nanovo is a national leader in designing and implementing digital solutions in modern retail and service spaces. It offers them based on Phygital Store and Digital Signage services, where shopping experiences familiar from the online world are combined with stationary sales. Its proprietary SIGNIO content and sales management platform is the technological base for all designed solutions. It has clients throughout Europe and Asia, where he designed and implemented the first Phygital Store in the Gulf region in 2022. He works with brands such as Cinema City, Modivo, PKO BP, and Żabka in Poland.

In 2020, Nanovo was the first company from Poland to win the international Digital Signage Awards competition held since 2010. The jury of audiovisual communication experts awarded Nanovo’s project for the stationary store chain of the eobuwie.pl brand. As part of it, interactive screens replaced traditional shelves with shoes and accessories, allowing customers to make their own choices and shopping needs. Each of the brand’s stores was equipped with dozens of self-service stations and screens in individual store areas. The displayed content could be automatically adjusted to the weather and popular phrases typed into the search engine. As a result, eobuwie.pl still provides a complete service that gives the space character.

Ladorian

Ladorian is a company founded in 2016 in Madrid that specializes in creating innovative AI and data analytics solutions. One is AI Retail Media software, which uses AI to analyze and deliver personalized content in retail stores. Thanks to Ladorian’s technology-based recommendation engine, audiences receive threads that match their needs, just like Netflix. The intelligent system increases promoted product sales by up to 30% compared to manual scheduling of displayed content.

All this directly affects customers’ satisfaction who enjoy a convenient shopping space. Ladorian’s proprietary solutions support the growing in-store media market, where audio ads and digital signage improve the service experience. In addition to its native Spain, the brand has completed business projects in France (Leroy Merlin) and the UK (BP). It has some customers in Italy, Portugal, and Colombia as well. And the strategic goal is to operate in 12 countries by the end of 2024.
